Quite comfortable, but room had stains on carpet and mould in bathroom

The cleanliness and quality of the room was very high. Location was also good. The only negative was the service on arrival when the reception was unsure whether we paid the correct rate – despite me presenting a voucher from Hotel Club which clearly says not to charge the guest any extra. This was eventually resolved but did not create a great first impression.
