This hotel was very nice, very close to the holland tube stop. The original tour stops every 15 mins outside the hotel and brings you to all the sights. The breakfast was absolutely amazing the biggest, most freshest buffet I have ever had, along with an omelate chef, fresh pastries and bread I could not fault it. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The only small downside was the cost of using the internet which was Ј3 for 15min which I think is an awful lot. But other than that we got a very good deal from hotelclub and would not hesitiate to recommend this hotel when staying in london as it is convient and comfortable!

Absolutely a gorgeous hotel, however the only downside is that the rooms can be quite narrow in parts, but brilliant facilities

Room not ready on arrival after check in, sent to bar with a free drink to wait. Great for shows at Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

More out of the way than we expected. Service at front desk very slow.

I paid Ј199 for one night in a small double room on the 7th floor! Unless you book breakfast when you check in and get it for Ј10, normal full breakfast is Ј19 per head! All in all a rip off considering the hotel is on the edge of shepherds bush.

The Hotel info states that this is near to Kensington when it is actually near Holland Park, not particularly close to Kensington at all.
