The only thing which I can say is the breakfast is very poor, at least something more then toast, jam and coffef!!

Folks at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were less than what one would expect even for a one star hotel – Dirty with trash left behind by prior guests. Trash observed on the floor behind the desk, on the window and ledge outside the window.

It is nice average hotel as they mostly are in London. Very friendly staff, good service, nice atmosphere at Kensington. No luxury, but everything you need is there

Expensive for what it is. Curtains falling off. Toilet dirty. Bathroom ventilator noisy. Whole bathroom scruffy. Marks on pillowcases. Carpet hadn’t been cleaned. No adequate shelf/table to boil kettle. Breakfast paltry and unimaginative. Good location.

London is very expensive. So this is a reasonalbly expensive exception. The location is fantastic. Take Piccadilly line from the Airport, exit Warwick Rd at Earls Court (Still within Zone 1 for the Tube) and turn left twice. Less than a 100m walking distance.
Some sewage pipes run through the rooms so that you appreciate the acoustics of what other hotel guests are doing on their toilet.
The hotel rooms are basic and the breakfast is fortgettable. But the location makes it up. Considering the price, it’s worth a try….

Excellent location, facilities and value for money. Not only this, but staff helpfully returned a digital camera left behind by myself, after I called them. Pretty much perfect for a single or couple wanting to just get out and see London and come back somewhere safe, clean and convenient.

Apart from the bugs in the bed that i hope only got there because i left the window open the room seemed ok, the breakfast plates were stuck to the table as the cloth was sticky (crockery clean though). My only dissappointment was the bugs and could only get an uncomfortable two hours sleep.
