Good quality for the price you pay. A small establishment with reaonably friendly and helpful reception staff. The restaurant staff is very friendly and willing to please. It’s away from the busy streets but close enough to Earls Court station to make for easy access to anywhere in London. Moving to ad from Heathrow via Picadilly line is a dream. Will stay there again anytime in future

Excellent value for money. Definately recommended. Not for the showers though…

This hotel is idealy located to access all the sights in London with tube station just around the corner from it. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the level of service from staff is very good. Excellent choices for breakfast. On the down side the lift is very small and the building is not easily accessable for people with physical disabilities.
