Spacious room, however, staff not very friendly. When asked why room was so hot and stuffy, reply was, “they are always like that”. Pedestal fan provided but no A/C. Not recommended during summer months! However, location is tops with great restaurants nearby and very close to 2 tube stations (Bayswater and Queensway).

Nice Hotel, close to the underground. Walking distance to the city. Staff helpfull and friendly.
