I stayed at Berjaya Eden Park Hotel London for two nights with a friend then stayed on for a further six nights on my own. The first night on my own I was moved to a single room, the mattress on the bed was most uncomfortable, I advised the staff the next morning and another room was offered, I wish to thank the staff for their courtesy and the prompt attention to the matter.

In this Victorian building some ‘isolation’works need to be done. You could feel the draft near the windows and hear other guests at night.

The Hotel is somewhat threadbare and in need of redecorating, but the staff were cheerful enough. The biggest bugbear was the fact that the key system had broken down (aledgedly) and evry time you wanted to get into your room the porter had to accompany you to open the door. Car Parking is on the street though free at night.
Plenty of food choice within 5 minutes walk.

It was clean and a good location just across from the Tube but the room was the smallest room I’ve ever seen! Only 2×2 meters (as long as the bed..) And the bathroom was maybe 60cm wide. I had a hard time turning around in the shower!!
No comments on service. I stayed two nights. Room clean and towards yard, very quiet. I wanted something clean, central and not too expensive and I knew I was not going to spend any time in the room except for sleeping so it was perfectly OK for my needs. I would stay there again. It is a good price/quality ratio for London.
