Good location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Good value for money

By London standards, quite acceptable although I got my room at a discount price. I would be less apt to spend their standard prices (as advertised) for the same place. Easy access to Tube (Picadilly Line) and choices of restaurants in the area real plus points.

Good location. Room is rather small & w/o mini bar. Price is reasonable.

An excellent location to get from Heathrow. As all hotels in London are too expensive, and too small, this was fine and a bit better than I expected. The helpful staff made the hotel more pleasant also. It just needs a bit more maintenance.

Very nice and helpful service in the reception.

Will not recommend this hotel though its location is quite ideal. It is more like a 2 star hotel, room is very very small & so are the toilet & its lift. It is faster to climb up the stairs than to take the lift.
Service at the room & reception is average, not friendly though.
It is located near Earl’s court station where you could find supermart & fast food restaurant. Will recommend this hotel if you don’t mind the tiny room, indeed quite an ideal location (direct link to heathrow airport by the underground/subway).

Friendly small hotel located close to Earls Court tube station but in a quiet street. Rooms small but comfortable, typical of small London hotels. Good atmosphere in residents’ bar. Breakfast was continental but more than adequate. Would use this hotel again.

I would recommend this hotel. It was clean, good room size, great location and a really good breakfast.

Well placed for Earls Court Tube and the shops etc around there. Small rooms but thats what you generally get in London unless you pay alot more. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable and staff friendly

The Hotel is situated a 3 minute walk from Earls Court Station very convenient. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The only complaint we had was squeaky floors otherwise very happy with accommodation for London. The English breakfast was amble and always plenty available. Bathroom could do with an upgrade as tired.

Very nice hotel. Can’t fault it! Perfect location. Seems like more that a 3 star hotel!
