Small rooms, but nicely done

The room was very small – a large room split in two. TV had fuzzy reception. I found the room cold and the heating was controlled by an aircondition system who’s fan was so noisy you could not put it on. Location excellant for Albert Hall and V&A but I think anything more than one night would have driven us crazy. Also no breakfast included in price which is mean and the hotel wanted Ј12.50 per breakfast.

Is is a newly refurbished hotel. The work that has been done is fantastic, watch out as you could end up with a very contemporary room, but with very limited space to move around in as the room is essentially no bigger than the double. Would certainly recommend otherwise.

I found the personnel attending the reception a little unfriendly. I think that their interaction with guests could be improved;

Location was very convenient- 1 min walk form the underground station- in an elegant district. Excellent staff. Will stay there again for sure.

Yes, the rooms may be small but they are the cleanest, best appointed hotel rooms we have experienced anywhere in the UK. Absolutely recommended.

The room I had was small, but immaculate, everything you need was there.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Bus stop just outside the door for access to knightsbridge with excellent timings.
I could not fault it and I am very fussy about cleanlisness
