The room was small but very nice and modern, it is in a good location only 20mins walk from Kings Cross and Oxford Street, I would definately stay here again

Small but very pleasant room. Clean and well furnished. Perhaps the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in! Can recommend. Will use again.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in London for a long time. I had an executive room, which was large, the service was great and breakfast was spot on. Location is great for tube and buses. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful, even allowed me a late check out with no hassle. Will be back.

Good location for West end of London. Pleasant staff. Room was comfortable and quiet. Room swipe card system a little annoying as it failed on us twice within 24 hours so we couldn’t gain access to our room without returning to reception. Would stay again though.

Our stay at the hotel was excelent, as usuall.
Why no drink’s in the mini bar ???
We’ll be back in the next few weeks for another week end break.

I have stayed at this hotel before and found everything to be of a good standard. However there was one blip this time, I waited for over ten minutes in a queue to check in. This was because there was only one Receptionist on duty. Last time I stayed reception was fully manned but they had a problem finding my booking…So to summarise, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities in the rooms but they need to sort out the Reception desk and check in procedure.

Wonderful location and good facilities. Staff ready to help with enquiries at both reception and concierge desk, but bar staff on first night gave poor service when we requestied a snack late after just arriving (and it was on the late night list). Manager, however, stepped in and was most attentive.
Rooms have recently been refurbished and ours was very clean. Some facilities in room (eg position of desk and shaver points) made accesssing them quite difficult. Yes, I would stay there again as it is fine for a short stay. I would possibly look for a more “homely” room environment if staying for more than 3 nights.
