Hotel in good location, staff were a little rude when i asked for an extra pillow, (like it was to much trouble) two pillows and separate pillow cases vertually thrown at me, check procedures (Credit Card Swiping) not explained correctly. check out very professional.
(but then i am a Hotelier)

No hot water in room (5th floor) both evening and following morning. Also difficult to turn down temperature in room – hot room, cold water !!!!
No bar – this should be advertised.

Nicely-located, with good facilities. Excellent value for money. I will use it again.

Small but compact room, very large bed which was very comfortable.

The room was extremely hot almost to the point of being too uncomfortable. The bathroom was so hot it was like being in a sauna!
Otherwise a great hotel excellently located for Earls Court, within walking distance of it.

The Ambassadors Hotel in London was extremely dirty – we woke up in the early hours of the morning from the smoke alarm, and found a number of woodlice in our bed, as we had been given a basement room. We were moved to a room on a higher floor, which made us wonder why we weren’t offered that room in the first place. The rooms in general were shabby and marked, the ceiling in the bathroom of our second room was peeling away above the bath, and the bed sheet was dirty.
The service was good, the staff were friendly, although the check in was badly organised. The rooms were of an acceptable size, as we were staying for just 2 nights. Breakfast was ok.
After the woodlice in the bed, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I were very pleased with everything about this hotel. We thought the continental breakfast excellent, and everything was walkable. We would definitely stay there again.

Check-in was very unfriendly. The hotel rooms are TINY, the twin room was a single room with 2 single beds. Breakfast staff were very friendly.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful, courteous and well presented. The food was very good as was the location. There was ample staff at breakfast who were efficient at clearing the tables etc. In my opinion it was excellent value for money – I would recommend it.

I paid Ј125 for a room that was no better than a private room in hostel…in fact it was far less clean than a lot hostels. The towels were particularly unappealing! The room was also very badly sound proofed for the traffic outside
I would have expected breakfast to be included in the price too but had to pay an additional. The one good thing I would say about the hotel is the location

Basic London hotel, room quite small but adequate. Staff very helpful and friendly, for an overnight stay it was ideal and would recommend highly.
